Hey Brad, I am a new owner of a 29 gallon BioCube and was wondering what your experience has been with the protein skimmer they provide? Do you use something different? I don't have much luck with getting good skimming action out of it and was wondering if there are some tricks perhaps to getting it to work properly

Ive had the tank for maybe 9 months and its doing great, only had one outbreak and it happened 3 months ago, all my fish died of ICK. But i recycled it and now Its back on track
