At 10:34pm on January 3, 2010, Doc_b said…: I guess a good question is what size tank? If your going for soft or LPS you can use T-5 lights, If you are going to go with SPS you realy should get MH. The size of your tank depends on alot. Filter you have 3 choices. 1. a canister filter. 2. Wet dry. 3. refuge. You can go with a canister if you have a small tank, but I would still say use a wet dry or refuge if at all possable.
