The derasa is a lower light clam, thats why the derasa survived, the maxima was gaping, we all make mistakes though.

Finally have a new tank... not much bigger, but its just what I needed... check my photos out for the build of my new 29 gallon SPS tank...
I've had this tank for somewhere around 8 years... the tank was torn down after graduating from college and completely rebuilt a few years ago... I've been constantly upgrading since then and I'm about to upgrade to a drilled 29 gallon (or larger) tank. I am going to plumb everything to my back room for more space... We'll see how it turns out...

A local reefer, Jeff, has been running a dedicated reef store (ReefChief) out of his house for years and recently opened a store location in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
